1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling an appointment, submitting an online booking, or engaging services with Caribbean Isl Ventures ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services & 24/7 Availability
Caribbean Isl Ventures provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Parlin, NJ and surrounding Middlesex County communities. Our dispatch is available 24/7. Actual appointment windows are scheduled mutually between the client and dispatch coordinators.
3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If any area included in the agreed scope is unsatisfactory, client must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. We will dispatch a cleaning technician to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued without providing the opportunity for a re-clean.
4. Access, Utilities & Safety
Clients agree to provide safe access to the premises (via key, lockbox, code, or personal presence) along with active electricity and running hot/cold water. Technicians are instructed not to perform work in conditions deemed unsafe or hazardous (including biohazardous materials, raw sewage, or unrestrained aggressive pets).
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules change. We request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can reassign cleaning staff.
